Tait’s Spinach Balls
These spinach balls make a yummy appetizer.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
2 cups Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
2 onions, chopped
5 organic, free range eggs, 3/4 cup of egg whites
¾ cup melted butter or butter substitute (Smart Balance)
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, diced
1) Combine all ingredients.
2) Make into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.
