Vegetarian Californian BLTMake one today and celebrate Summer tomatoes. 1 tomato 2) Cook veg bacon in the microwave until crispy. 2) Assemble sandwich with 1 or two slices of tomato, 5 slices of vegetarian bacon, 2 slices of red-leaf lettuce, avocado (if desired), mayo, salt & pepper. Makes two sandwiches.
