If you like coffee, you’ll love this smooth
and creamy treat.
2 1/2 cups low-fat coffee ice cream
¾ cup skim milk
½ cup leftover coffee from your morning pot (chilled or room temperature)
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1) Blend all ingredients together in your blender until smooth.
2) Pour into tall glasses and serve with a straw.
Makes two milkshakes.
