Cool off with this protein rich shake.
2 cups low-fat vanilla icecream or yogurt 3/4 cup low-fat milk 2 tbsp. peanut butter 1 frozen banana, broken into pieces 1 tbsp. honey
1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2) Pour into tall glasses and serve with straws.
Makes two milkshakes.
