Snow Ice cream

If you live in a part of the world that gets snow in the winter, here is a recipe you might want to try. There is nothing like snow ice cream!!

4 cups of clean snow
¾ cup skim milk
3 tsp. vanilla
¼ cup sugar (or to taste)

1) Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until consistency is similar to soft ice cream.

2) Serve immediately. Like snow, it doesn't last long. Enjoy!

Makes 2 big servings.
