Couscous with Toasted Almonds and Golden Raisins
Couscous has got to be the easiest side dish to
make on the planet.
1 1/2 cups water or vegetable broth
1 cup plain couscous
½ cup toasted, sliced almonds (I use unsalted)
½ cup golden raisins
1) Boil water or broth in medium saucepan.
2) Add couscous and stir once or twice. Remove from heat and cover for
a few minutes.
3) Stir in almonds and raisins and fluff with fork.
