Alex’ Pesto: 3 ways
Healthy, easy, delicious way to top your pasta.
about 4 cups of pre-washed arugula
4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced
olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 cups pistachios
1st Way
1) Put all ingredients into a food processor, slowly add olive oil until
well blended.
2) Serve with your favorite pasta.
2nd Way
Follow directions above except substitute basil for arugula and pinenuts
for pistachios.
3rd Way
Follow directions above except substitute basil for arugula and walnuts
for pistachios.
