Fingerling Potato Fries
These are easy and tasty. They go great with veggie
Preheat oven to 400.
20 fingerling potatoes (I used purple, red and white)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
1) Slice fingerling potatoes into thin slices.
2) Grease pizza pan or cookie sheet with olive oil.
3) Spread potato slices onto pan and pour additional olive oil onto them.
Sprinkle on paprika and salt and pepper and, using your hands, roll the
potatoes to coat them in olive oil and spices.
4) Bake for about 10 minutes. Turn using spatula and bake about another
